  • Remote or rural areas may take longer to deliver.

  • Standard shipping charges may apply based on weight and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns (if mentioned on the product page).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details.
  • You can track your shipment online until it is delivered.

5. Delays & Responsibility

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Gizmosbuy is not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.

6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned, and additional charges may apply.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available.
