- Standard shipping charges may apply based on weight and delivery location.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns (if mentioned on the product page).
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details.
- You can track your shipment online until it is delivered.
5. Delays & Responsibility
- While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Gizmosbuy is not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.
6. Wrong or Incomplete Address
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned, and additional charges may apply.
7. Damaged Packages
- If you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available.
